Akhanda Yoga
Akhanda, similar to the word yoga in Sanskrit, means indivisible, unbroken tradition, entire, and whole. Akhanda is the first word of a very inspiring Vedic mantra, Akhanda mandala karam – This Cosmos and the manifest universe is one indivisible entity.
